Our ‘training of trainers’ spiritual transformation programme has been designed to help church pastors and leaders to better understand and put into action God’s plan for the lives of all Christian believers. Transformed International aptly describes the process that God initiated in our lives from the point of spiritual re-birth, a process that will only be complete either when we die or when Jesus returns. The end result of this spiritual transformation is to be fully changed to become just like Jesus!

Over the past 10 years…
Since the introduction of this Spiritual Transformation training programme, at least 3,000 African church pastors and leaders have passed through the training. The aim has always been for these leaders to then take the teaching and their personal testimonies of transformation back to their own families, churches and congregations. God only knows how many tens of thousands of Christian believers are now living with a greater understanding and outworking of God’s plan for their lives.

What is the Spiritual
Transformation training
programme?
This intensive training programme takes 7-8 full days to complete, culminating in the awarding of certificates for those who have successfully completed the course. For many village pastors this may be their first opportunity to have any meaningful Christian training and with a certificate to back it up! Even for those who have completed diplomas and degrees in theology, the testimony of many has been that they have never encountered such life-transforming teaching before!

How much does it cost to sponsor a course?
Each Spiritual Transformation leadership training programme lasts for 7-8 days. Resources given out to the pastors and leaders during the training include:
- A student training manual
- A teacher’s training manual and certificate (at the end of the training)
- Lunch provided for the duration of the programme
These training resources cost just UK£13.50 per person. For one of our African national teams to organise and hold a full Spiritual Transformation training event for 25-30 church pastors and leaders costs around UK£500 (This includes travel, local accommodation and food for the trainers).
